At TAFT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted footwear. If your shoes aren't the perfect fit or style, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and download the return packing slip to include in your box.

  Package With Care

  Place the unworn footwear in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories and dust bags are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your request.
